Britney Spears suffers a wardrobe malfunction during concert

The show must go on! Britney Spears was performing "3" as part of her Piece of Me concert at The Axis at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Friday when a closure in the back of her costume came undone. The pop star continued to hit her marks as several dancers tried in vain to zip up her leotard. At the end of the number, with her entire back almost fully exposed, the house lights dimmed and Spears ran offstage. A fan captured her wardrobe malfunction and later posted it on YouTube. It wasn't the first time Spears almost accidentally flashed the audience, though. Days after the singer kicked off her Sin City residency in December 2013, the back of her tight, sequined dress flew open unexpectedly as she was performing "Circus." A fan happened to catch the unlucky moment and shared it via Instagram. Thankfully, in the years since, Spears' wardrobe malfunctions have been few and far between. In fact, prior to her recent snafu, the "Pretty Girls" singer admitted she was excited to begin the hit show's tenth leg. "Kicking off the next round of #PieceOfMe shows tomorrow!" Spears told her Twitter followers on October 13. "It's been a nice little break but I'm so ready to get back on stage." In early September, Spears announced that she would be extending her Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood for another two years. "I have some big news tonight. Usually, I get you guys to help me count to three, but tonight I want you to help me count to two because I'm going to be in Vegas for two more years!" she told the crowd at the time. In an exclusive interview with E! News, Spears explained, "I'm not ready to leave Vegas yet! And I just really, really love this show and this city. I'm so proud of the show, and my band, my dancers and my crew have all become such a family to me. When it came down to me really having to make this decision, I just couldn't imagine ending my residency at the end of this year." Spears also teased changes to the show's 10th leg. "There are a few songs that are fan favourites that I really want to add to the show. It's very exciting!" the Grammy winner told E! News, adding, "If you haven't seen the current show yet, you should come out before the end of the year."
