Shahrukh Khan to appear in Vogue — along with Victoria’s Secret model of Pakistani origin
Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan will be appearing in the Indian edition of the fashion magazine Vogue, according to his Twitter feed.
He will be appearing along with Australian model Shanina Shaik, who's father is Pakistani. Ms Shaik is also what is known in the international fashion industry as a Victoria's Secret Angel, meaning that she has modelled for the international brand in its flagship annual fashion show.
Mr Khan tweeted a thank you to Vogue India's fashion director Anaita Adajania @anaita_adajania who promptly retweeted what the actor had said.

Twenty-four year old Ms Shaik was born and raised in Australia to a Pakistani father and a Lithuanian mother. She modelled as a child, appearing in a TV commercial and then went on to compete in the Australian reality show Make Me a Supermodel, ending up as runner-up.
At the age of 18 she moved to New York to pursue modelling opportunities there and was selected in 2011 to be part of Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
