I will never divorce television, vows Mahira
Pakistani actress Mahira Khan recently gave an interview and said that she would always remain connected with television.
And how can she not? After all, Mahira became a household name overnight with the phenomenal success of 'Humsafar' in India and Pakistan. So much so that it helped the actress launch herself not only in Lollywood but also in Bollywood as an actress of repute.
Mahira recently spoke to an English daily and spoke on a variety of topics, ranging from Fawad Khan to Shahrukh Khan.
When asked as to what she loved the most about her co-host at Lux Style Awards 2015, Fawad, this is what Mahira had to say, "What I like about Fawad is that he is smart and he is very hard working."
However, it was about Shahrukh that the actress spoke at length about.
"Shahrukh Khan's energy is infectious. For him I would only say that it is very rare that you come across a childhood idol who lives up to your expectations!"
Mahira was also very much on-point when she was asked as to what future projects she was working on. The Pakistani actress revealed about her upcoming film 'Ho Mann Jahaan' and stated that she was particularly excited about the project.
"'Raees' is in progress at the moment and is due for release next year. The teaser is out as well. I am listening to some scripts but I haven't signed anything as yet. But my next film 'Ho Mann Jahan' is all set to release next month. I am looking forward to that."
As far as Mahira is concerned, it seems that sky is the limit for the actress. She looks all set to dominate Bollywood with 'Raees' and if it's anyone that can do it, it's Mahira!
