Straight from the sets of 'Ho Mann Jahaan' — Mahira sweeps floor herself
Mahira Khan is one of the most celebrated Pakistani actresses of all time. And to think, her career is just on the rise. Pakistani actors and actresses from the world of showbiz are famous for their bloated egos and arrogance. However, Mahira proves to be an exception, as a video of her sweeping the floor of the set of her upcoming film 'Ho Mann Jahan' became viral on the Internet.
Mahira even shared the video from her official Facebook account in, which she can be seen vividly sweeping the floor clean off of dust. A source from the sets claimed that the actress had resorted to the act since a cleaner had not arrived and it was getting late. Never one to be shy of doing odd jobs, Mahira took to the broom herself.
'Ho Mann Jahan' features Mahira in an upbeat, fun and lively role. The actress plays a musician who is part of a band and has a ball doing what she does best; performing.
Mahira will also be seen in an upcoming film with Shahrukh Khan, 'Raees'. The film is slated for a 2016 release and has already earned Mahira fame for bagging the role opposite SRK.
Mahira started out as a VJ and since then has come a long way in the world of entertainment. She starred in the acclaimed Shoaib Mansoor flick 'Bol' and was praised for her performance. However, it was her drama serial 'Humsafar', which garnered her accolades, awards and adulation not only in Pakistan but as well as in neighbouring India.Kudos to Mahira for keeping it real!
